Water Doesn’t Have To Be Boring

Water does not have to be boring!  Kick it up a notch and add a little zest by adding some cucumber slices! Adding a few slices of cucumber to your water can be quite refreshing while making it easier for you to get the hydration you need.

Need a few reasons why drinking cucumber water is a good idea?

1. It’s All About Hydration

Our bodies are made up of 60% water and every single cell in the human body needs water to function properly. Water is important for healthy skin, hair, and nails, cleansing toxins, and keeping your body temperature, heart rate, and  blood pressure regulated. Plus, you’ll have more energy and help your organs do their job better when they’re getting enough water.  Cucumbers are about 95% water, hence they help keep you hydrated.
